1. How to make an order ?
To make an order please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Choose the design that you like on this blog.
- Step 2: Confirm order by deposit 50%.
- Step 3: We will send you the colors / patterns to choose then we proceed (after you have confirmed order by deposit we can make a sample if you want).
- Step 4: After finishing the order we will take pics of the stock and send you. Then you pay the rest 50% and we post the stock.
- Step 5: Collect the stock at your home (we use door - to - door posting service).

2. How can I trust you ?
Yes you can. We've been running this business for many years and no customers claimed to be cheated by us. In case you want to see more about this:

3. How to make payment ?
- Payment can use Wester Union, Money Gram or Maybank Money Express (MME) through Maybank2u.

4. How long doest it take to finish an order. 
- To finish the order it takes roughly 10-14 days (Simple designs maybe finished sooner, complicated designs may take bit longer).

5. Can you make and send me a sample ?
- Yes but we only make samples when customers have confirmed order by deposit. Then if you want to adjust anything based on the sample we will adjust it following your idea before proceed it).

6. How long does it take for the stock to reach my home ?
- From the time we post the stock. It can reach your home in about 3-4 days (Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei).

7. Do you use sea-freight or air-freight ?
- We often use air-freight. If you want to use sea-freight the order muse be minimun thousands pieces.

8. Is the price negotiable ?
- We sell wholesale only and the price on this site is fixed price.

9. Can I pay in Dong, USD or RM ?
- You can pay using all Dong or USD or RM.

10. Is the price still same when I visit your shop directly ?
- Yes we sell same price even you visit my shop.

11. Where is your shop ? Can I visit it ?
- Sure you can visit my shop.
- The address is : House No.A19, Green house Residence, 136 Pho Quang street, Phu Nhuan district, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.

12. How can I go to your  shop ?
- Our shop is near the international airport (about 3 minutes by taxi). So you can take a taxi from the air-port to my shop.

13. I have my own designs. Can you make it ?
- Yes. You can send us the design that you want to make then I will calculate the price and qoute you. Please just send us the designs that you seriously want to make so we can calculate carefully the best price that we can offer.
